Reflexology

REFLEXOLOGY is a 4000 year old method of natural healthcare. It focuses on the whole person (holistic) approach. The purpose is to help the body to heal itself. Reflexology may assist the body in several ways. It is based on the theory that our whole body is mapped onto our feet. Reflexologists apply pressure via their thumbs and fingers to a particular reflex point and zone to alleviate many different ailments.
